Please Read Our Terms of Service To Have A Great Cleaning!
- Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: We bring all the cleaning supplies needed for your cleaning. If you have special products you’d like for us to use please let us know and leave them out for your cleaning team.
- Arrival Window: All booking slots are a 2-hour arrival window to account for traffic, weather, and travel. For example if you choose 10:00AM – 12:00PM, that is the 2 hour arrival window in which we may arrive. If under the rare circumstance we are running late our crew will call or text you.
- Cleaning Time: The first cleaning is quoted based on a normal home condition. If your home requires special attention above the level of service booked; we will either extend our time, add a heavy duty deep cleaning fee, charge you at our hourly rate, or prioritize our cleaning for what areas we are able to clean during the service.
- Late Cancellations: For all cleanings a 25% cancellation fee will be charged if our technicians are unable to access the home or there is a cancellation after 48 hours before your service. Be sure to cancel your service 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment fee to avoid a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking price. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning of your home if we encounter anything that could cause danger to our technicians. This could include but is not limited to: mold, hoarding, scum, extreme buildup, etc. If we are turned away for any reason, or we get to your home and it is dirtier than the package you booked and you don’t wish to continue the service, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- You must report any problems within 24 hours in order to take advantage of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

By utilizing and booking our cleaning services, you consent to our use of before and after pictures of areas we have cleaned in your home or office in advertisements. Please note we will never take pictures of you in your home. If you do not wish for photographs to be taken please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
6. Revisions and Errata
