What's the difference between standard, deep, and move-in/out cleaning?

Standard is surface-level maintenance cleaning: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors and surfaces. Deep cleaning goes further — baseboards, doors and door frames, and a tougher scrub on kitchen and bathroom fixtures — and it's recommended if it's been 30+ days since a professional clean. Move-in/out cleaning is for an empty home (fridge and cabinets emptied, power and water on) and is meant to meet landlord inspection or move-in standards — it covers appliances inside and out, baseboards and windows.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes — our team brings all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd like eco/green products used instead, that's available as an add-on.

How many cleaners come, and how long does it take?

We send a two-person team, which is faster and more thorough than a single cleaner working alone. Time depends on home size and condition — a 2BR typically runs around 2 hours, larger homes longer. We'll confirm your arrival window when you book.

Do you work around pets?

Yes, we're pet-friendly! Just let us know what you have when you book (dogs are $15, cats are $15) so we can plan around them and keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Do I need to be home? How does the team get in?

No. You can be home and let us in, leave a key (some customers use a lockbox or a trusted neighbor), or we can call you when we arrive so you can let us in remotely. Whatever's easiest for you.

How does the recurring discount work?

Recurring discounts apply starting with your second cleaning, not the first: Every Week saves 15%, Every 2 Weeks saves 12%, and Every 4 Weeks saves 10% off the base price, automatically, on every visit after your first.

Do you have any discounts?

Recurring plans save automatically from your second clean (10-15% depending on frequency). Same-day booking discounts and promos come and go, so ask your rep what's currently running.

What's your cancellation policy?

We'll confirm the exact cancellation window and any fee when you book — it can vary by frequency (recurring plans do have a same-day cancellation charge noted at booking). Ask your rep for the specifics for your plan.
